About Therapeutic Blood Donations
If you have polycythemia or porphyria cutanea tarda and are required to have blood drawn as a form of treatment, you may come to any Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center facility for the procedure. Be sure to download the therapeutic request form and bring it with your doctor's signature when you donate. There is no charge for each phlebotomy.
