Employment Benefits at The Blood Center East Texas

  • - 403(b)
    Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Contributions after two years which begin at 2% of annual base salary up to a maximum of 12%, whether or not you are also contributing to the plan.
  • - Paid time off
    Up to 12 days your first year and 17 days years in your second year with a maximum of 30 days per year.
  • - Six paid holidays per year: 
    New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,  Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
