The state-of-the-art Lufkin Neighborhood Donor Center opened in September 2005. The donor center is conveniently located and has hours of operation designed to make your blood donation a pleasant experience. Patient needs in this region require that we collect at least 800 blood donations each day.

Thank you for doing your part to help others return to full and healthy lives. For your convenience, the Lufkin Neighborhood Donor Center has
- A variety of ways you can choose to help save a life, including platelet and whole blood donations;
- Play area with toys for youngsters, complete with a Sony PlayStation®2 game system so kids can have fun while parents donate;
- Fresh baked cookies that are prepared daily; and
- An experienced and knowledgeable staff member ready to answer questions and care for you while you help save lives.
