Two football teams, one life-saving opportunity
November 15 - 22
Posted on November 3
College football fans are gearing up for the "Colors of Commitment" blood drive between The University of Texas and Texas A&M University. One week before the rivals face off on Thanksgiving Day, fans of both teams can help save lives by donating blood at select mobile blood drives with The Blood Center of Brazos Valley on Nov. 15, 18 and 22. The drive is being held in partnership with KBTX Channel 3 and radio stations Candy 95.1 FM and WTAW 1620.
Support your team by crediting either Texas A&M Greater Houston Alumni (group code 1234) or the UT Texas Exes (group code UTEX). All who donate or attempt to donate will receive a commemorative T-shirt. One person will be randomly selected to win a pair of tickets to the Thanksgiving Day game at Darrell K. Royal - Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin.
